Learn why things go bump in the kitchen... the secrets to the perfect mashed potatoes, how to sear diver scallops, and just about any imaginable task you will have in your kitchen.
Each class is an engaging hands on experience. This is not just a cooking demonstration, we want you to gain experience and knowledge you can take back to your home kitchen.
We can accommodate groups of 10-16 guests. In every class we will cook an appetizer, main course and dessert. Since we are a BYOB you are welcome to bring your favorite bottle of wine to accompany the meal.
